Our e-scooters come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faulty electrical components
- Motor or battery defects not caused by misuse
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or abuse
- Wear and tear from regular use (tires, brake pads, grips, etc.)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water or liquid damage beyond manufacturer specifications
Warranty Claims

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or description of the defect.
- Our team will evaluate the claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.
Repair or Replacement
- Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
- If a repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Shipping costs for warranty service may apply unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturer fault.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

To maintain warranty coverage, always use the e-scooter according to the user manual, including charging, storage, and maintenance instructions.
