All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We inspect each e-scooter for quality before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping:5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping:2–3 business days (additional cost applies).
- Orders are shipped via trusted carriers and include tracking information emailed to you once your package leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to standard shipping.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery or additional fees for re-shipping.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the USA. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your package in real time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your e-scooter.
