You can return your e-scooter within 30 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact info@zipwheelz.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or fully refunded.
